I am pleased to present EPN’s new Office of International Programs and Services (OIPS). The Office works with international organizations and partner institutions to promote fruitful agreements and research collaboration and to provide a full range of services to internationally-mobile students and faculty. The Office is committed to providing responsive and customized support to everyone involved in the international life of EPN. This is how it fulfills its mission of welcoming the EPN community to the world and of welcoming the world to Ecuador’s top university.
