Job Description

  • Oshyn is looking for smart, energetic, hard-working software developers to work on multi-disciplinary teams building enterprise web sites, mobile sites, mobile applications and custom applications.

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in .NET development
  • Net C# and/or Java programming experience:
  • Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, Lambda’s, and ASP MVC  in a .NET environment
  • Web technologies  HTML, CSS, JS
  • Generics Knowledge
  • Web Services (Rest and SOAP)
  • Dependency Injection Knowledge
  • ASP MVC Knowledge
  • VCS Version control Systems Knowledge
  • Unit Testing
  • Products
  • Sitecore CMS or Episerver CMS
  • NUnit
  • Good knowledge of software development skills
  • Excellent English skills. You must be able to hold a business conversation with all English speakers without issues to work at Oshyn

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS’s), Web application frameworks (e.g. Struts, ASP.Net MVC, Java Server Faces, etc.) is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems or related field
  • Knowledge of mobile site and mobile application (iPhone and/or Android) development, or php/Drupal is also a plus
  • Team or group leadership, creating presentations of designs or solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts with ease
  • Should have outstanding problem solving and troubleshooting skills and must work well in teams
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Initiative, discipline, ability to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Be present on project deployments when required.
  • Learn the Agile Scrum process
  • Obtain a CMS certification on one of the technologies used at Oshyn.
  • Strive to improve areas of work.
  • Improve Tech English level- be able to communicate with their TA.
